Our family is working our best to make sure everyone who lives in London gets the Cinnamon Leaf experience. Due to our current climate, your delivery may take a little longer than usual. Please allow up to five working days before contacting us.
Standard Delivery - £5
Standard Delivery is available for all postcodes within London, and certain postcodes within Greater London. We aim to deliver your items within 3 - 5 working days of placing your order. Any orders that contain a breakfast box will be delivered 48 hours after your order has been processed.
Deliveries will take place from 7am - 8pm (apart from Breakfast Boxes). We are not able to give you precise timings, however you will receive an email status update on the day before and on the day of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is present, as we cannot guarantee re-delivery. Please see below a list of all areas currently covered:

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed, unless stated otherwise.
Wake Up and Work From Home Boxes
A few things to note before ordering our Breakfast Boxes:
- Orders must be placed before 9.30am. Orders placed after this will be processed the following day.
- We require at least two working days lead time for all for all breakfast box orders. E.g. For a breakfast box delivered on a Thursday, order must be placed no later than a Tuesday
- For deliveries on a Sunday or Monday, Please ensure that your order is in with us by Friday.
- Deliveries for breakfast boxes will take place between 7am and 11am.

We hope that you are happy with your box as much as we were packing it for you!
Should your box arrive damaged, or if there any damages with certain products, please send us a photo of your damaged products to firstname.lastname@example.org for your items in question to be approved. Once approved, you will then be issued a partial credit to use in our store, or online. If you have created an account with us, request a return through your account where you will be issued a store credit once verified and approved.
We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on: Baked goods and all fresh produce including but not limited to eggs, vegetables & fruits, opened items unless faulty.
At this current time we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.
